Elena Einstein
Dr. Elena Einstein is the Co-Founder of the Einstein Grace Foundation and is the Director of Contracts and Grants at Universities Space Research Association (USRA). With over 20 years of leadership in the aerospace and defense sectors—including senior roles at The Boeing Company and L3Harris—Elena brings unmatched expertise in international contract negotiation and organizational governance to the humanitarian space. A passionate advocate for women, she holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, an M.S. in Leadership & Management from University of LaVerne, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona. Additionally, she serves as adjunct faculty at the University of La Verne. Through the #GiveHope Project and the Elena Einstein Vocational Centre in Kenya, she leverages her professional rigor to create sustainable economic empowerment for survivors of gender-based violence.
Robert Einstein
Robert Einstein is the Co-Founder of the Einstein Grace Foundation and is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of UMe Credit Union in Burbank, CA. UMe Credit Union has over 17,000 members and over $330 million in assets. Robert leads an excellent staff of 40 employees with the goal of providing exceptional member service. The UMe name is derived from the combination of You + Me, the relationship between the Credit Union and their members are what matters most.
Robert has over 30 years of experience in the Credit Union industry. Robert holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of La Verne, in Leadership and Management, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, Real Estate, and Law, from Cal Poly Pomona.
